BEANS & LENTIL CHILI


 I could eat this all day, every day, it's so yum, but more importantly it's so healthy and nutritious and adheres to the whole food plant based philosophy of eating, trying to get the best of what nature has to offer in its wholesome shape rather than isolating certain food parts ( fibre, oil,sugar etc.)  or overly processing food and damaging and losing precious nutrients by doing so.  I've just shared the recipe for it with my sisters on The Tribe
