FLAX BUNS


This recipe is a gem, although I do not take any credit for it. All credit goes to Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, I didn't have to make any kind of adjustment to the recipe, it's just perfect the way it is and it results in delicious, protein and omega 3 rich buns that are gluten free and very filling. You can also add herbs and spices as per preference to make an aromatic bun.

Ingredients:

150g ground flaxseeds 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt 3 eggs, beaten ½ tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted 3 tablespoons water
