WHOLE WHEAT CREPES


Ingredients (makes 12 crepes, 7 inch diameter):

100 gm. whole-wheat flour

1 egg

1 pinch of salt

250-300 ml milk

Method:

Put the flour in a bowl. Add salt and make a well in middle. Add the egg and, gradually the milk, while whisking to get rid of lumps. Let the batter rest for 15 min. Heat a lightly greased frying pan on medium-high, then pour the batter with a ladle and spread it by gently tilting the frying pan all around. Flip after 1-2 min(when edges start to curl ).

-with sweet cottage cheese

-with mincemeat filling
