WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA

This is such a simple and versatile recipe that can be used for everything from rolls to dips and curry, with the added benefits of it being really tasty and made out of whole wheat flour.
Ingredient:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup water
Method:

Put all ingredients, except water, in a bowl.
Rub the butter in the flour until it looks like bread crumbs.
Add the water and knead the dough until it comes together.

Leave it covered to rest for 15-20 min.Make small walnut sized balls and roll them out
Cook on a tawa (skillet) .When it bubbles up turn it.

Enjoy!
Note: Once ready, these tortillas can be frozen and used at a later time.
